To ensure smooth and successful operation of our service robots, please prepare the environment according to the following requirements:
- Indoor Environment Only
- Robots are designed only for indoor use.
- Outdoor use is not supported, as sunlight interferes with sensors and cameras.
- Lighting Conditions
- Environment must have decent, moderate indoor lighting.
- Direct sunlight or very bright lighting will cause sensor and camera malfunction, affecting navigation and path detection.
- Avoid environments with spotlights or excessive glare.
- Flooring Requirements
- Floor must be clean, smooth, and even.
- Acceptable flooring:
- Tiles OR carpet (only one type across the operating area).
- Not acceptable:
- Mixed flooring (tiles + carpet together).
- Rough surfaces, bumps, or uneven levels.
- Pathway Conditions
- Pathways should be clear of obstacles, bumps, or inclines.
- No obstructions that could block robot movement.
- Keep enough space for the robot to navigate smoothly.
- Obstacle Handling
- Robots have obstacle avoidance features.
- If a person or object comes in front of the robot:
- The robot will either stop or reroute automatically.
- Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the event or location meets these requirements.
- Before hiring or renting, customers must inform our team about their environment conditions.
- This ensures proper planning and avoids performance issues during the event.
👉 Important Note: Failure to meet these prerequisites may result in robots not functioning as intended.
